• Recruit employee who meets operation specifications by conducting thorough interviews, reviewing employee work authorization documents and completing required paperwork.

• Transport employee to operation.

• Train employee according to operation specifications.

• Explain operation protocols and procedures.

• Support employer and employee with on-going services such as written translation, oral interpretation, and cultural orientation of both employer and employee to ensure a strong working relationship.

• Facilitate employee’s access to ethnic foods and other cultural amenities, international pre-paid phone cards and other communication media to ensure employee’s contact with loved ones.

• Refer employee to health and educational services available in the county.

• Replace employee expeditiously in the unlikely event an employee leaves employment unexpectedly or employer is otherwise dissatisfied with employee performance.
