Agriplacement is an active, dedicated part of your human resources management team, and our promise is to do that which is necessary to ensure a prosperous, long-term relationship between farm owner and employee. To this end, we can help:
- Assess farm owner needs and generate a narrative account of preferred skills and qualifications in a potential employee.
- Recruit farm employees who meet farm specifications by conducting thorough interviews, reviewing employees' employment authorization documents, and completing required paperwork.
- Transport employees to the farm.
- Train employees according to farm owner's specifications.
- Explain farm protocols and procedures.
- Support farm with ongoing services such as written translation, oral interpretation, and cultural orientation of both farm owner and employee to ensure a strong working relationship.
- Provide employees with access to ethnic foods, money wiring service, prepaid telephone cards, and cultural amenities.
- Refer employees to health and educational services available in their county.
